pc on q8 prenerf Accursed Staff plz ( 10/19) + 9/19 prot Jellyfish plz

Hey guys
i'm really having a tough time
trying to pc those two items
So any help will be appreciated!

pre nerf staffs are sorta hard to pc, lots have popped up in the past 1-2 years and from what i have seen interest is dwindling, id be happy to get rid of the accursed for 15-20eish

jellyfish maybe 30k if you are lucky, far too imperfect imo and req is sorta high.
