I'd like to ask you what you think about the value of this Ornate shield.
As you can see, this is a max Q9 strenght with a -2 under an enchantment, but this is a monomod shield, so should i cry or should I sell it ?

Monomods are merch fodder, unless really oldschool, low req, very nice skin or vs demons. Even then their value is far from high.

Monomods, when wanted, go usually for 5-10k, bought only by collectors of oddities.

Yep 5-10k IF you get lucky so salvage it, or merch it or toss it in your fs thread. Some collectors buy 10 vs X mono mod shields. Some collectors buy mono mods of whatever they collect, but generally that's nicer skins and/or r8 or lower.
