Req 8 Blood Magic Staff, Gold, Max Damage, about 5 years old (pre-nerf)

This staff (shadow staff skin) dropped for me in Fissure of Woe about 5 years ago. It has an animation on the head, a kind of jewel-looking thing that appears to be spitting out little vortexes of ... steam? or magical aura or something.

As you can see the 19% half cast time is not quite perfect. However, the base stats are maxed and it is dual modded.
