I'm fairly sure inscribable Shadow Blades don't exist. It's one of the skins that the FoW/UW/Zaishen Chests don't spawn.
Shadow Axe = 3-5k (I merch these)
Shield (Tactics) = 30-45k?
Shield (Strength) = 100k+ a little more
Staff = depends on attribute. They only spawn with primary attributes (and inspiration for mesmer) and they're not worth much. I vaguely recall seeing a Fire attribute Shadow Staff that was inscribable but I'm not certain.

The skin is not really wanted and I'd aim between 20-30k

I know inscribable blades exist because I've seen them in NF years ago. I might have to farm the shadow army to see if they drop with any kind of frequency. I just wish I knew then that I'd want it now.
The shield surprises me. I bought one for 6e and don't feel I overpaid, but I'm not buying these to resell them. I haven't seen a q9 insc shadow shield but once, that being the one I bought.
