I'll give it a go as to what I think on this one. To begin with, the skin itself is relatively rare. I'm told that it actually isnt a terribly rare drop, but because people dont really farm/play in the southern shiverpeaks, they dont come up that often. r9 20/10 is ofc decent however communing has never been a terribly popular attribute. I can tell you that I currently own an r9 20/10 earth and r9 20/10 fire raven staff, and I payed something around 50k each like a year ago. I do not see them pop up all that often, and based on my staves and the fact that yours is communing, I want to say to expect something like 30k for yours if you intend to sell it. I could of course be totally wrong, but take it for what its worth.
