O/S Outcast Shield - Gold Req 11 Strength

Armour 16 - Requires 11 Strength
Received Physical Damage -3 (while hexed)
Armour +10 vs Ogres

I know the mods are a little hinky but they are perfect, so I thought I'd see if its worth anything.

Had an outcast with the same mod but r9 str and i trashed it. But if someone's collecting outcasts i think 15-25k is reasonable. Could be wrong, get more opinions

agreed, although above 20k might be hard to get.
