my guess would be the second is just merch food, but from my understanding of modifiers this would be as good as it gets for a purple drop? my apologies if i'm misunderstanding this somehow.

Nobody likes to get hexed, dont expect an all-out bidding war on these. Wouldn't dare to put a pricetag on it tho, wait for other opinions..
