Images in sales thread + "hidden" Weapon mods + Farming questions

Hi there, I have 2 questions for anyone that can answer please

Q1)

In the selling forum there's lots of pictures of weapons with just the weapon showing, is there a special way to do that? Or do I just have to screenshot everything and then just cut them out individually?


Q2)

On Und golds, is it possible to see a mod like Vampiric or Zealous weapon or +30hp ? For example if I have a non vamp weapon equipped and then equip a und gold if it's vamp I should have -1hp regen now right?

1. You have to take screens, and then cut & paste stuff, afaik.
2. Yes.

1. Some pictures may be linked to weapons pictures on various wikis, etc. Other than that, you take a screen shot and edit it.

2. Yes, it is possible to see some mods very easily, and some by careful observation of effects. For example, equipping an item with a +30 health mod will make your health go up +30. In the example you gave, a Vamp weapon will show the -1 regen, but to know what the 'vamp' is you'd need to attack a (dummy) target and observe the health loss of the target.

1) One simple method is this for easy pics.
Be aware that these are third-party programs, and if problems are caused, official Support will not help you. Use at your own discretion.

The +10 Demon Shields I see people buy for so much, do they drop in EOTN? The only place I farm is Vaettirs and I've been iding all the shields I got hoping to get one of these


Edit: Also can someone give me some tips on farming? It's my first time I just started farming and I read a lot of things about anti farming code and reduced drops that it kinda made me scared a little, is there anything I should avoid doing when farming? Would bringing my gf character just to split drops be a good thing ? How do I know if I hit the farm code and with the Vaettirs, is it best to pull them in like 3-4 groups rather then 1 big one ?

If I recall correctly, + Demon shields only drop in Cantha, so you won't see them in EOTN. There are others far more versed in the ways of drops though, so hopefully one of them can confirm that.

As for screens, I usually just use MS Paint to copy the section I want and paste it in a new jpeg file for posting purposes. It's quick and easy, without the need for any other software.

I can answer the demon mod answer. Those shields don't drop in eotn because inscripable shields can't have a +demon mod. You can only get those mods on non inscripable shields, from tyria? and cantha(that one i'm sure).

Yeah, +anything vs demons only drops in Tyria and Cantha. If you want to farm those shields i would suggest dragon moss farming or mantid farming.

Yeah I tried farming mantids today, sadly, they didn't drop a single gold in like an hour lol
