Guild Wars Stops Loading at 0%

Heya,

Ok I have reinstalled the program(gw) from scratch and downloaded the .dat file(again..). I have port forwarded the appropriate ports. I have changed the game from my regular HDD to my SDD and the problem still occurs. When I zone sometimes, the load screen stops at 0% and doesn't move. I can't really think of any other issue except perhaps my ISP. Anyone have this issue as well? It has become more prevalent in the last few months. Very Frustrating

Anyone have an idea?

I had to play support e-mail volleyball with NCsoft support. After a couple days of going through their suggestions they made me run a connection diagnostic tool they sent me. Once I e-mailed the information they got back to me telling me they found the issue which involved some sort of connection on one of their servers. Everything has been fine since then.

All I can say is start e-mailing support, they'll help you fix it.

Thanks for the link I didnt find that one on my search. Somehow I don't really think that submitting a ticket will help at all. I am 99% sure that it isnt my PC and it is either Anet dropping packets or my ISP. I guess I have to grin a and bear it for a while until there is a fix.

This happens to me all the time when I'm using my uni's internet. No idea why, it just goes. It usually sorts itself out after a long period of time.

Have you tried and rebooted your PC 9 out of 10 times that remidies the situation
