Thackeray's Scavenger Hunt

Hey, I did some searching but I did not find anyone who had a similar problem, if I missed a thread I am sorry.

I'm doing the war in Kryta quests, and I'm at the point where I have to collect the stuff for Thackeray. I have gotten all the right stuff, I know about the perfect items and have gotten them all. However now when I talk to him the only dialog choice is "back up a second, a plan?", I cannot give him any more items, and he is not moving on in the quest so I am stuck.

Thanks for any help, its super frustrating that I cannot finish this quest.

Thanks, but the problem isn't that he is not accepting any items, the problem is that I do not have the option to give him anything. When I talk to him I only get the "back up a second" choice.

so you have tried to give him other items for all 4 items?
Have you tried going back into the eye/HoM? (might 'reset' it).

The only time I had him not get to the 'get the girl' was when I had sweets on board (I always carry candy canes)...so I put them in storage and when I went to see him again I got the final 'get the girl'...

otherwise I am stumped as well...

Yeah I tried talking to him with nothing in my inventory and still nothing. Thanks though.

the lt. hunt is a tricky thing indeed. I had several problems on my own specifickly that you need to do it all in order. The WiK overarc quest should have only open: "Ebon Vanguard Allies" so "Asuran Allies"and locate the shining blade camp should be done and Selma should be in the LA keep. Further more make sure you did watch all the dialogues fully not only the ones round EoTN but also in the keep, at the camp and in the asuran lab. Also make sure you did the quest "A good deed".

Even then the trigger can be broken. You might be able to fix by visiting all the dialogue places again alone (so without any partymembers), so also the asuran lab, the keep and the blade camp. Even when there is no dialogue, revisiting make the register that you did it all.

Ow and yeah, that quest is very very buggy. Had several problems on my own, but following the above always fixed it too me. (sorry, I know this solution means a lot of work)

Akelarumi, thanks! I went through all the places where the dialogue happens and that fixed it.
