IMO, it's never worth the trouble to mod stuff for sale ahead of time because different players want different mods. This reads more like you're looking to buy the stuff rather than sell it. I don't know how much your own time shopping for parts is worth to you, so I don't know what kind of premium you'd be willing to offer a seller to gather up all the mods and include them. (People have to pay me an awful lot of fake-money to be their personal mod shopper on demand, but some players may be willing to offer you such services cheaper than I would.)

Here's what PC help I can offer you on the various parts ...


Clean/junk modded max damage gold text inscribable Colossal Scimitars:
In the past few months, I've sold a couple r9s for 20-25k each and one r13 for 3k. I find there's a huge drop off in demand, and therefore in price, going from r9 to anything higher. I'd guess r10 would be reasonably 10-15kish and higher reqs further down. Much below a couple plat, it makes more sense to simply salvage them for iron than to bother spending time and storage space trying to find buyers imo.

I'm taking a VERY shaky guess that r9 versions in Tactics, Strength, and Command are 40-50k+ fair market value. r9 Motivation is probably more like 30-40k area. Higher req shields seem to take an even more drastic drop in price going over r9 because even fewer players are willing to buy higher req. shields than higher req. martial weapons. If req truly does not matter to you, I'd think you could get something like r12 Motivation for 5k or less. The tricky part would be finding someone with one available for sale; I think most people just merch/salvage those.


Shocking Sword Hilt - I've sold shocking axe hafts for 4k this month, no hilts though. That's the price I ask when I have one and find a buyer in game. (I ask a lot more for shocking mods than other elements lately because I see so much more buy spam for them, specifically. I don't even bother to save the other elemental mods to sell normally due to low demand.) If you shop around I suspect you could get one for more like 500g min. if you find a seller willing to bother with player-to-player trading for such a relatively small amount of gold.

+30 Sword Pommel: 3-10k I think, depending on how much time you care to spend shopping/luck you have running into sellers. I've been selling them for 6k ea. easily enough for a few months now.

+5 I have the power inscrip: I've seen them spammed for sale as low as 1k and as high as 10k. Personally, I sell them for 3k each easily enough for months now.


+30 shield handle of fortitude: I hardly ever buy or sell these myself, but the spam I've noticed leads me to believe there's an average range around 3-6k.

-dazed inscription: Honestly, I think it's a question of finding one. Very few players bother saving these to sell in my experience, so they can be very difficult to find for sale when you happen to want one. I keep and sell -crippled and -blind inscriptions for 2k easily enough. If I had a -dazed inscription and saw a buyer, that's probably the price I would ask. But I don't see buyers nearly often enough to bother saving these.
