7/15 is this max for inscriptables, so this is worth about merchfood, if you are lucky someone might give you 10k for it.

Ok, first, your title is misleading. OS usually refers to inherent gear or gear with stats that no longer drop. What your picture shows is a gold text ar14 r7 Tactics inscribable Crude Shield.
sun strike is correct that 15 armor is the max for r7 shields that can still drop today, but I don't agree with his price quote at all.
Crude Shields have always had quite a few fans around, even though the skin is not exceptionally rare. Lots of folks like those gold letters. r7 Tactics inscribable shields are quite popular in meta for folks who can swing enough points on caster/W bars to get Tactics up to 7 but no higher. Ideally, they want 15 armor for their investment in Tactics, but a 14/7 shield like yours will still give them 14 ar vs. the 8 ar they'd get if they do not meet their shield's req. There's still decent functionality to be had from this one. I suspect the people PMing you asking for price are looking at it that way.
I think a gold text 15/7 insc. Crude Shield would run 40-50e minimum (perhaps significantly higher.) Figure this imperfect version you have is maybe 10% of the cost? I've found that a useful rough rule to use when PC'ing 1-off versions of stuff.
So, if you can't get any other PC to go by, I'd advise trying for like 35-40k on this one in your picture (4-5e.) If you do indeed have multiple folks PMing you asking for price, the best approach might be to list it for bids in a Sell thread. It's rather hard to say in advance how much stuff is worth to <whoever wants it most.> But were this mine, I'd not rush into selling it for as little as 10k and I'd most certainly not rush into merching it!

What Luny said is correct, but i really see that 1 armor off hurting the pricing down to ~20k max.

Thanks a lot guys. I don't even know how long I've had this shield thinking it was OS and not seeing the "inscription" part. I'll take up on Luny's idea of putting it up in the "sell" section. Again, thank you everyone for your opinion and help. Thread is now closed.
