could be useful for any mesmer running some mantra build. i wouldn't say over 50k though. and that would be if they really wanted it. it is pretty though

I'm one of those folks that likes this pairing and paid ~30e for a -2/+1 Fire. This isn't quite as useful of an attribute but +/- 100k doesn't seem unreasonable at all to me.
