IGN: Jaden Lockhart Does not meet my requirements in two respects. One, it is tactics not strength as per requested. Two, it has -2 while enchanted and not 28+ health as per requested. My character will not be enchanted at any point in time and will not have any points invested into tactics, thank you for posting though.
