Speaking as a fan of mixed 20/20 staffs, I still think this one is merch to maybe 10k if you're lucky. The skin isn't hated, but it's not one of the really omg-shiny-gimme-gimme ones either. I can't think of other than rather niche build uses for a bar that runs both Fire and Channeling spells.
The most I've spent recently on a mixed mod 20/20 staff was getting into a bid war against Chaos Theory Pvp over a Dragon Staff with Channeling req and 20HCT Air. I won for a high bid of 21k
(via an automated auction system with eBay-style proxy bidding.) I seriously doubt yours here will get that same kind of attention, sorry.

+5wE is not real popular on inherent wands lately, and Necros have the least energy trouble of any caster class usually. The matched 20hsr inherent is nice, but I think you can count yourself lucky to get even 15-20k offers for this one.
