High req, crappy skin, mixed (but perfect) mods => conclusion this is gonna be a hard to sell shield.
I would be happy with any platinum they are willing to pay starting at 5k
Maybe a tank for UW or Doa will pick this up but then again don't expect more than 20k~

I agree with Our Blood's reply there.

With the popularity of dual inherent shields lately, I would give this one some chance before merching, but I wouldn't expect a lot of or very high bids. It's the sort of thing I'd save up in a pile of stuff too weird to insta-merch and list in a sell thread once that mule got full.
