Where's the story hook for "hearts of the north"?

Hey guys, I'm kinda stuck between GW: beyond chapters, and I was wondering if you could help.

I'm trying to "hook" the hearts of the north questline, and while it says I need to talk to the ebon vanguard scout, all he says is that I should start my search in Kryta, there's no real questline hook.

I've watched the dialogue where Gwen takes over the E.V., I'm now staring at the scout outside EotN, and he has no quest, just a hint that I should go to Kryta. Did I miss something?

The wiki suggests I go looking for an arrowhead, but I have zero mechanical hook pointing me in any direction, I have a feeling I've missed a step. (unless that step is: look up the arrowhead on the wiki lol)

can anyone offer what I perhaps missed?

Thanks in advance

The official wiki is a great resource for GW1. It even has maps.

There's no mechanical pointer on that - you are told to look for an arrowhead and originally, we were to guess where it is based on the dialogues or rake through the whole Kryta. Since you're using the wiki already, just go to the location of arrowhead and interact with it.

Oh I was fully aware of the wiki, I was just really wondering if I missed a dialogue or quest step, and that's been answered, but thanks
