MOD's PC plz

i have a bunch of tormented weapons id like to upgrade but i dont know the price of certain mobs. PC on the following items:

1. Focus "Live for Today" +15 energy, -1 energy regen.
2. Sword/Axe Health +30, and 20/20 armor pen.
3. Staff "Hale and Hearty" +5 energy 15^50.
4. Shield any inscription worth it i guess, i dont know which ones are out there.

any help with these would be greatly appreciated

Btw, don't use 20/20 on melee weaps. Vamp is better.
