wont let me login

i was in a soosc run i dc when we where zoning
and since then, i am getting an error code=013 the past hour
-i am playing from europe
anyone else experiencing the same issue?

seems the maintenance got moved---servers are down now instead of earlier today

I was in that party, where we had to wipe 3 times on the first floor xD
That was pretty bad.
Anyways, the same thing is happening to me, except Im playing from Canada. I guess its tied to the district, not our location. I thought it had something to do with how I tried to open the locked chest at the exact same time as we zoned

I would've left after the first time.

But yeah, I tried to do an inventory on my old-school items earlier, but can't log into any of my characters I left in Guild Halls (6/9 chars)... ugh, Euro guilds!
