Bug: Game/ncsoft websites not working

When trying to visit Ncsoft.com, arenanet.com, their games websites, and NCsoft launcher are all unable to connect when trying to view them.

Trying to run the game doesn't let arenanet load past 0%.

Any ideas as to what this is? Virus? Router issue?

Likely a DNS issue.

Can you tring to ping:

ncsoft.com

and then:

64.25.35.120

and report the results?

If you can reach ncsoft.com by pinging the IP address, but not the name, there you have it, your DNS is failing to pair them.

It could be a firewall issue. If you have any firewalls running (such as Windows firewall), try turning them off. If it then works, try to add them to the exception list of the firewall.

It could also be a DNS (Domain Name Server) issue, too. To check that, try using the free Google DNS (google it. ).
