Lowest character level with FoW armor?

Hey everyone. I'm going to go for this but after reading both GW Wikis, there seems to be confusion on the lowest level that is really possible (either 4, 7, 8 or 9).

I also still don't know if it's optimal to make a NF character to ferry to Kaineng and LA or to make a Prophecies character.

NF char ferry to Factions and ascend you need a mule to take you there with certain quests still open get ascended then ferry back to LA.....

BTW try to get Elite Canthan at lvl 8 harder than getting FoW but then less bling.

You will gain minimal 20k experience in FoW before you can buy armor. Ascension is minimum 1k exp from doing Vizunah Square and Nahpui Quarters, if others help you with the quests. Since 21k is level 7, that's the minimum level.

Someone could do the quests to the Forgemaster for you. So, as long as you don't take the rewards for these quests, you may skip the first 20k.

You'll need more than 1k to get to Nahpui Quarters tough.

You cannot access the crafting window without taking the reward for both The Eternal Forgemaster and Defend The Temple of War.

False, you need to do those two quests to be able to access crafting window giving you 20k exp.

Yes, it's 1250xp to get to Nahpui Quarters. Chahbek Village standard reward, get ferry to Cantha, get run to Vizunah Square, standard reward 1k xp, get run to Nahpui Quarters by someone with "Closer to Stars" quest active.
Then NQ gives another 1k in standard reward, giving you a margin of extra 3750xp you can gain until you craft your armor.
