Many people playing still?

Hi guys, just come back to Guild Wars, kind of in preperation for GW2, are there many people who still play actively? I'm looking for some people to play with, or even a guild to join with whom I can complete HoM with and play with etc

There's quite a lot of players in PvE still, evident from Kamadan and special events.

Low end PvP is much quieter but with more bot programs to farm Zaishen Keys.

HA and GvG are quite quiet too.

While there are a lot of people still playing PvE, youll have a very hard time getting teams together for things like vanquish's etc. I've been in guild's with 90+ people, asked to do a vanquish, and suddenly all chat is silent. In the end i just do most things by myself, although i do get the odd team together now and then. I think it's due to the fact most people have done everything, or they are just arrogant and dont wanna help. Either way, i would say its not worth it. Just get to 30/50 through solo play, then get new friends/guilds/connections in Guild Wars 2, much more worthy of your time.

Pick one you like. Anyone looking for a guild at this stage is really just trying to fill HoM. They will likely expect you want some help. On the upside, after this many years, most people are happy to help guildies as there's actually very little else left to do in PvE.

I've returned too since I have some time off. Trying to get vanquisher for my assassin, finish nightfall with my necro, get some vabbian armor for my dervish.
