gloom id guess u can get 75e+ depending on interest... rly nice one
celestial like 50-100k
celestial ~100k, max 20e
halo i saw a few go for 15-25e... id just custo tbh, too rare to sell for such a low price imo
diamond is hard to pc... would guess 50-70e, but rly not sure since it can be rebuild with inscr one aswell :/

Do not listen to Pawning. Listen to system. Then I can afford the gloom. 
The diamond is probably the nicest q9 that can be found; I'd put 30-40e for it. Same for Halo axe - it's a nice q8 but an otherwise vanilla skin.
