Gold 1) Merc. Maybe 10k if you meet someone really desperate for the skin.
Gold 2) 5k or merc
Greens)
all merc fodder except
Mallyx's Recurve Bow) 5k or merc
Iceblood's Warstaff) Not sure. Worth something though, I'd guess 10k.
The Mindsquall) 5-10k, if you can get a 20/20 wand, 40/40 dom sets are quite popular and it'll be far easier to sell as a set. Either way, should be an easy sell.
