Closed: Q8 Prot Offhand

I picked this up vanquishing earlier, and was wondering if it was worth anything.

Q8 Protection Prayers - it is blue, but I was told ripping the mod will make it white.

It has a crap +11hp fortitude mod on it that can be ripped.

Edit: ripped the mod and the item went white. Oh well, I found a use for it on a hero. Thanks for the reply.
