Hey. I've just tried to log in to GW and I got an Error 004. I tried to reset my password through my NCSoft master account and it gave me this message: "There was a problem resetting your password. You may need to contact support.". I already sent a question to support but does anyone know why is this happening?

been playin all morning. logged off for lunch. got the same error when I tried to get back on.
