Doing those Vanguard quests that came with War in Kryta,im quite sure its like 1,5k within 5 minutes.

Do the repeatable quest "Rise." http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Beetletun_%28Rise%29 1250 points in under 6 minutes, as well as war supplies & cash.

You can also farm the first quest with you as kieran - you can avoid most mobs and with a speedboost it should take several mins.Infact if you search you should be able to find a post on it - not 100% sure but could be thread started by CE Devilman.

You could just vanq a few areas. While more time-consuming, it helps out with other titles along the way as well.
