Have you ever seen a blue with more than max damages

Last day I was playin' on NF (YURK) and a mob gave me a scythe...
I see the req: 7... okay I tought I could merch it... but then I saw the damages!
10-35 O.o... 10??? wtf??? is not the max 9-41? so how could it be possible to have 10?

I was looking for... I don't know... maybe other screen of weapons like that, but I'm kinda noob xD

So if some of the best buyer/seller/trader/whathever you want from the forum can illuminate my paper lantern (olol gw joke!) I would appreciate

It is the same drop table Phenomenon that happens with axes rarely that causes them to have a base damage of 7.

Take a look at the table in the GW Gear Stats by Ranges thread which has info on the observed ranges for different weapon reqs.
