How long does it take for the support to anwser?

Hi guys,

I'm looking to come back to guildwars after 3 years, and when i tryed to log in. they have my account suspended because there was an intruder on my account. So they auto-blocked it. So i placed a ticket 5 days ago. I got an awnser pretty quick, asking my about my account details. I gave them the account details, but after 4 days now they didn't responded back.

How long does it take them? since many people playing in top guilds, like i did back in the days and can't afford crap like this.

You posted a ticket on Saturday. They don't work on weekends. That weekend was Easter weekend as well, so they didn't work on the Friday or the Monday. They've also had to deal with all the questions regarding the GW2 pre-purchase problems.

If they haven't replied by tomorrow, send them another ticket.

Don't send another ticket, but update your existing one. You may also post in the support forums and ask Gaile to look into it.

Thanks, but they do work on Saturday, because i got my reply back on Saturday. Also with easter its 2 days.. That makes it 3 days in total now.
Also updating your orginal subject is also not working. i already did it and no response. Also a good thing is to have a support for GW2 and for GW1 sepperate. It is very lame, that support doesnt take the responsibility to have a good well working guildwars support.


Going into the support forums doesnt work, since i need to login with my guildwars or master account, and it says permanently blocked.
