PC r9 tactics shield

So here I am again, not sure of how much these things are worth (if anything at all).

I've come across this purple r9 tactics ornate buckler (AR 16, ofc), with a +8 armor vs charr.

Just wondering if it's actually worth anything, or am I just wasting valuable space that I could use to hoard something else?
