Need Illusion Wands Celestial,froggy, or jellyfish wand

To start out I need an Illusion scepter Froggy would probably be the best, but I might accept a jellyfish wand or celestial wand. Only if they are max damage illusion magc and if its cele or jelly it has to be req9 or req10. With the froggy i'll accept req9-11. Might also look into buying some other scepters. Once again froggy would be best. The req for these weapons is that they must be insc or have 40/40 mods for domination magic on them.
