I've amassed around [redacted because scammers keep PMing me] so far but need help on deciding what to get... these are the things I need:

Green Mini - Could potentially do Black Moa Mini later but is it worth my time or should I just look for a Bone Dragon for 50-60k?

Weapons - Have 0 in HOM. Planning on completing WiK. Will still need others.

Zaishen Title - If my math is correct. It would take about 125e to max this title starting at 0. Is that correct?

Armor - Only have Grotto's Ascended armor. What are the cheapest 4 other than that?

Of course I'm going to farm more, but I need a break and want to gather some items...

Do the Oppressor bounties everyday you can, or at least try to do the days that award ~15 war supplies. It will add up over time as you are trying to max everything else. Same thing for doing dungeons in eotn, you will be working towards earning destroyer weapons as you get diamonds/other mats.

Whether working towards the black moa mini is worth your time is up to you. I believe that in the final phase of hatching the mini you have to venture to Sorrow's Furnace...and at that point you may as well finish off that quest chain so you would also have one less title you need to grind

Some classes may have elite armor that does not require you to purchase a headpiece in order to add that armor set to your HOM. This will save you at least 15 plat.

For elite armor you don't need to buy the head gear to add it to your HoM. I would go for oppressor weapons atm because of how high diamond prices are atm they were they were up to 8k at trader last time I checked not sure if they've gone down or up though.

I do believe that none of the classes require you to purchase headpieces.

I find that if you salvage all the enemy armor/plating/armbraces/whathaveyou that you get, you can accumulate quite a few mats. Whether you want to sell or use them is up to you. I got all my common armor mats and some of my rare mats from salvaging.

On the weapons side, oppressor's would be the cheapest but take a bit to accumulate a few. You do need a stack of war supplies to get an oppressor's weapon though. The Destroyer weapons are the quickest, but may not be the way to go unless you're willing to spend money on the fly. And if you're thinking of Tormented, be prepared to pay.

Having the gold/ectos is one thing, but the problem of late is finding someone selling the item you need. Things like spammable party points, alcohol, war supplies, etc. are in short supply. It is very much a sellers market at this point, due to players like yourself focusing on your HoM.

If you are bored and tired from farming those ectos, get ready to be frustrated actually finding opportunities trying to trade them. It is not as easy as it used to be.

Sit in kamadan ad1 (and occasionally check lion's arch), and spam wtb like there's no tomorrow. It's not hard to pick up these at pretty normal prices. It might take a few hours or something total, but that's not long when you're comparing it to vanqing and stuff. (Well, to be fair, I bought non-spammable party and sweet points, but it was easy to find tonics and ccs and eggnog in bulk.)

The cheapest armors are asura, norn, monument, and ancient (40k+mats for each). Of course, mats vary substantially by profession, but those will still be the cheapest. For the fancier armors that are each worth a point, luxon is cheaper than kurzick, then vabbian, then obsidian.

And yeah, you never need the headpiece. It's always 40k or 60k + mats (except for vabbian, of course).

I'm not sure what the cheapest option is for weapons. I see people spamming to buy war supplies at 300g each, but I don't know if they ever succeed. You should still be able to craft destroyer weapons for well under 100k, but diamonds seem to be going up pretty quickly.
