Elementalist armor, quick question

quick question guys!
Currently i'm at kaineng center, looking at getting some max armor for my ele. Out of the three vendors, each set of armor they offer, two of the pieces are white in text color, while two are blue. I was just wondering, is this normal? Are all ele armors like this? Is there any reason that I should not buy this.

It's normal. All ele armor is like that. It's more general than ele armor, actually. Armor is blue if it has +1 energy regen. (Headpieces are also blue because of the +1 attribute.)
