although the axe itself is not very good would the demonslaying help in value:

Mods does not influence into value of the item.

About the PC
axe is a merchfood
The demonslaying mod might be worth 10-15k, but it's really hard to sell. I believe only collectors might be interested in buying it.

Ok, so as axe is non-inscriptable it totals as merch food?

Got two more for PC please:

R9 Strength Outcast Shield, +44 Stance, 20% bleed

R9 Death Bone Staff, inscriptable

If anything non-inscribable(OS) is more sought after than inscribable.

The fact that the axe is higher req, has a bad non max mod and is a common skin; is the reason why it's merchfood.
