They are all fully upgradable with inscription except for the Jade staff there is only 1 mod on it and there is no inscription on it.

The Dolyak staff have an awesome skin there is lightening spark at the end of the staff it look better the most weapons i saw.

The Dolyak Prod Staff are as common as yak pies (in fact there's probably a correlation). Most of the people here know what they are talking about. Read a few threads if you want to know whose opinion to trust.
