Thing is, for every +30 20% shield that drops you get 15-20 +29 20% or +30 19% or +28 19% or +28 20% and every other mod. An Echovald in it self is really not that rare at all, a dualmod perfect one, and especially one with 2x hard to get max mods (+10-2enchanted is for instance much easier to get max when it drops) is on the other hand extremely rare.

IMO thisi s 15-20e. May be more, may be less though. Depends on interest

even if you dont even feel a difference while playing most ppl think:
max mods = rare
nonmax mods = shit

why buy something of lesser quality when you can get perfection?

also money isn't hard to come by these days so people would rather spend it on something perfect, especially in a 7 year old game.

As a side note, I checked your thread and youre starting at 75e. For that to even be possible it would need a +30 HP mod, imperfect second mods doesn't seem to bother people as much as imperfect HP.

I agree with the notes posted above. Having pc'ed and sold many things on these forums, you're getting responses from ppl whose opinion I've come to trust. You can try to sell at any price point you please, but the posters here know what they are talking about.
