Hey all. Made a new build and tried it out in a few VQs and thought I'd share it here.

Spear Mastery: 11+1+1
Leadership: 11+1
Command: 8+1
Motivation: 3+1

Spear of Fury
Vicious Spear
Blazing Spear
"Go For The Eyes!"
Song of Purification (E)
"You Move Like A Dwarf!"
"There's Nothing To Fear!"
Aggressive Refrain

So what do you all think? Got any tweaks to offer? Though, it was made to do something different from imbagon, so let's not compare the two.

Usage is to open with "YMLAD!" and Spear of Fury for damage and adrenalin, then "GFtE!" and Vicious Spear for a near-guaranteed deepwound, then blazing spear for damage and Song of Purification for support and energy. After that, a few auto-attacks and perhaps another "GFtE!" for energy and then start the chain again.

"TNtF!" isn't really needed usually, but I find it the most useful tool in controlling damage spikes that occur from time to time. The downtime isn't really a problem as ten seconds is enough to significantly decrease enemy dps.

I usually bring it on a caster team, meaning that stuff like blocking isn't such a big deal. Simply kill the other foes first and let the rest of the team worry about the one or two that block. But if blocking is really persistent in an area, swapping "TNtF!" for Asuran Scan is always an option.

Edit: Oh, I should probably mention that you need rank7 kurzick/luxon to complete the chain without auto-attacks. Though not a big problem if you don't as you'll have to auto-attack a few times anyway.

if you are really going for a DPS paragon you really should try to slot ebon battle standard of honor somewhere, perhaps in favor of TNTF ( damage spikes should be taken care of by your standard migitation skills i.e. monk prots/ST/ unit walls/meat shields whatever floats your boat).
