So, spending the too-damn-many hours I have farming up this event and buying what people are selling cheap, I now find myself looking at a total of 13k drunk, party, and sweet points. That's way too much clicking. Autohotkey seems like a logical solution.

Before it's brought up, I'm honestly not worried about the 'legality' of it: I'm not botting, I'm not harming the playability of the game in any way or for anyone, and I'm looking after my own hand health (a big deal to me).

Does anybody here have experience with autohotkey that can help me set up how to use it to manage these title points?

All you're really looking for is to turn a keypress into a mouse click, right? One press per one double-click? That should be legal and a very simple process with AHK. You should look around their forums and guides for how to accomplish it, as I believe Guru doesn't like to act as support for potentially questionable third party programs. Additionally, if you're on Windows, you could look into setting up Mouse Keys.

I didn't realize AHK had their own forums, so this might be better posted there, thanks. For what it's worth, the 'plan' is to have a key + mouse combination that when both pressed create a loop that continues 'double-clicking' as long as that combination is held down. It might sound silly but avoiding carpal tunnel is the main reason I'm looking into something like this in the first place.

Look, all I know it's againts Anet policy and people have been banned for this. Meanwhile people still use it. I know people use asian districts for this, but still its abit dangerous.

The amount of bots running unchecked in JQ I think it'd be pretty cheap for ANet to ban over just eating your sweets faster.
