q9 Echo: Meh, mixed mods, perfect though, so I'd say 20e-ish max.
q10 Echo: +41 ftl. I'd say 60-80k ish, maybe tiny bit more
Oaken: 60kish imo, some people have patience with selling their 8/16 7/15 shields and end up with 100k, so you can get up to that, but easy sales are around 60-70k
Raven: I have no idea, this is not my playground. Too bad it's 1%+1% off, but besides that it's a pretty cool staff, no doubt some collector will be interested.

agreed with Bright on the q9 & q10 Echos. been i while since i played but oaken is a nice skin to have in 7/15 so 100k shouldn't be too hard.
i'm not to familiar with those prenerf staffs, but i personally wouldn't sell for less than 100k. i'de say start a sell thread for it.
