Weird Raven Death Leveling Question

So,

I had charmed a raven from EoTN and then began death leveling him to 20. I found it strange, but also quite humorous what happened...

I was not sitting at my computer, so I am not sure what level this started. The raven came and sat right by my corpse just basking in the experience... he stayed there until level 20. See the video here. (sorry for the crappy FPS)

Anyone else have an explanation for this? The other animals kept flying around...

Probably some pathing bug, he might have gotten stuck at your heroes.

tip; Kill the other pets that you arent death-leveling, they split the XP.
