WTB Frog Scepters/Celestial Compasses/Shields/Misc

I thought I had some money to spare so here is a WTB list. I just wish to use these items and not lose that much money on them so higher requirements are prefered. as such I will only add requirements I really need. Some items can only be gotten easily uninscribable but some might have them as inscribable. I will add these under "Uninsc/Insc"

Paper Fan (Energy Storage) +15 -1, 20% HCT

Staves:
Bone Dragon Staff (Energy Storage)

Bo Staff (Earth) 10% HCT

Uninscribable shields are kind of special. I don't care what mods are on which skin, I just need all of them to be different.
Ill write down all skins I want and all mods. There is more mods then shields because the also apply to the shields above. If any of them match I might just buy it.
