This was originally posted on the guild's forums, but after some rather positive feedback and suggestions to post this on Guru... here I am.

So I present to you "Throwing Our Money At GW2" - by Auron and Natanya

Location: North Kryta Province
Time: 4 hours
Gold Used: 2.8k exactly

The title came to me from reading many posts on several different forums about people trying to throw their money at their monitors to get GW2, this was our way of doing just that.

I made an epic Swastika shape out of a stack of Essence of Celerities; it was glorious.

A lot harder than gold because it drops in a random pattern. No consistency is QQ.

How have I never seen anything like this done before (and how come I never thought to do it?)? That is amazing. I agree you should definitely tweet it to @GuildWars and/or @GuildWars2. They'd retweet in a heartbeat.

Awesome, truly awesome. The best I've done with my gold is drop it in a trail in a dungeon or on someone's corpse. I would love to see more stuff like this, this is very cool. I tip my hat to you.
