I'll try to estimate a reasonable completion time for GWAMM, assuming that you do all 3 Zaishen quests when they come:
The 3 Protectors + all 11 EoTN primary quests + all NM Dungeons (1 mission per day and 1 dungeon per 4 days or less) -> 69 days
Legendary Skill Hunter (capture 4-5 elite skills per day while doing NM Zaishen quests) -> 0 days
The 3 Guardians + all 11 HM EoTN primary quests + all HM Dungeons (1 mission per day and 1 dungeon per 4 days or less) -> 69 days
Legendary Master of the North (vanquish and do cartography for the remaining 15 areas, 1 area per day) -> 15 days
Legendary Cartographer and Legendary Vanquisher (same as above for the 121 areas, 1 area per day) -> 121 days
Sunspear, Lightbringer (already maxed from all the vanquishing) -> 0 days
Asura, Deldrimor, Ebon Vanguard, Norn (already maxed from all the vanquishing) -> 0 days
Legendary Survivor (just capture less than 267 Elite skills without dieing; if that fails, do Kilroy Stonekin's Punch-Out Extravaganza and get this maxed in 5 or 26 hours) -> 0 days
Sweet Tooth + Party Animal + Drunkard (buy them from other players when they're cheap, like on the Canthan New Year, Easter, Guild Wars Birthday, Halloween, Thanksgiving, or Wintersday) -> 0 days
If you don't have the money to buy some of those last 3 titles, then replace 1 of them with the Kurzick or Luxon title by vanquishing Kurzick or Luxons explorable areas repeatedly (which can take a really long time) or by getting the Legendary Defender of Ascalon title (which is possible within 20 hours).
But, assuming the player has the money to buy those last 3 titles, then a rather unskilled player, that is mildly dedicated, could get GWAMM in 274 days or exactly 9 months.
I'm not saying that you are unskilled or undedicated but that's just to give a rough estimate of how long it takes to get the title.

I highly agree. I would recommend Necromancer just because they have epic energy management in 95% of the PvE content.
