Birthday Presents

As best as I can remember, I have gotten b-day presents for all my characters each year, (please correct me if I'm wrong), but this year being my fourth year, I have recieved a b-day present for only two of my characters. Both are in Pre-searing and one of them is the first character I created, the other is one of the newest. 5 of the charcters are in post and one in pvp. Out of the five in post the warrior is the second character created on this account and is one of the six characters to not recveive a b-day present. Is this a bug? how do I get the presents for these characters?

type /age to see how old your character is. you get them every year from the time you created each individual character.

you must also have a free space in the characters bags/backpack/belt pouch.
sometimes the prezzies are a bit late ...other times I have gotten mine a day or two early...if you have not received your present after (I believe it was 10 days?) THEN its a bug.
but check your /age and available space on those characters.

Yes, just put the present in your Xunlai Box and any other toon on your account can come along and pick it up/open it/trade it to another player. However, if either toon is in Pre-Searing (the green, sunny version of Ascalon where you start in Prophecies), no. Pre has no X-box storage access so you would have to bring the present/toon thru to Post-Searing.
