Hi,
I have a char who finished the War of Kryta quests and now I want to vanquish an area, like The black curtain. How do I make sure that I won't encounter White Mantles while VQ? Thanks.

As long as you have completed BfLA and don't have any "wanted" WiK quests on your character, you won't encounter any White Mantle groups. GL. HF.

Uh I have another question. How about a character who never did any of the War of Kryta quests? I have a char who finished prophecies in nm, didn't pick up any of the wanted quests, but now I want to clear nebo terrance, but see the white mantle there.

since you finished prophecies---the war in kryta stuff is going to be there, so you will need to finish the war in kryta before they will go away (or do it with a character that hasnt finished prophecies yet--join a group that has someone who hasnt finished it yet).
