The first eternal is pretty sexy, I'd say 40-50e at least, possibly up to 70-80.
The second one, more like 50-80k imo
Ghostly staff 20-30k ish max, and hard sale
Amber is merch, even q9 20/20 it's a bitch to sell. Maybe 5k from a random dude, but don't get your hopes up.
