If you're running windows;

1. ) Open Task Manager, Simply Right click on your desktop toolbar (that long rectangle block usually on the bottom of your screen that) and click "Start Task Manager"

2.) Open "Processes" click on everything that starts with A and right click and press "end process", do this for everything beginning with "A", or "AVG"

Make sure you cancel the toolbar shield FIRST.

You can disable AVG real-time system protection, run Texmod normally, and when Gw loads turn AVG protection on again.

I don't know the exact steps to turn it on/off in AVG... as I use different Antivirus.

Make sure you check Texmod's checksum with one provided on the wiki to make sure it really is just a false-positive. Someone could easily swap it out and you'd be none the wiser by disabling antivirus heuristics.
