Could I please get a PC on the following:

Eternal Shield
q11 Tactics
inscribable (has perfect "Run for Your Life")
lousy handle can be upgraded

I know the req is bad, but it's a nice skin. Any thoughts?

Maybe 10k if you find someone looking for a caster shield who doesn't care about the req. Insc Tactics shields get exponentially harder to sell as you go above req9.
