Do runes of Vitae stack with Vigor?

Title says it all, do Vitae and Vigor runes stack?

I mean having one Vigor and multiple Vitae, will that work? I know more than one Vigor will not.

Yes vitae stacks, so it will work together with 1 vigor...

So, for example, 1 superior vigor + 2x vitae = +70 hp (etc etc)
