Don't merch it. Popular skin and vs demons. It isn't worth 100's of ecto or anything, but I bet you could still get 30-35k for it even with the non-max mods.

Agree with Jimbo on shield - offhand even dual mod are not really very wanted - might get a few k if lucky....
